The suites at Casa Flamboyan can be rented separately or both together.

Real—1 bedroom/1 bathroom — $1285 per week ($189 per night) includes 21% Mexican tax and $29MX per person per night Isla Mujeres tourist tax.

Azul—1 bedroom/1 bathroom — $1285 per week ($189 per night) includes 21% Mexican tax and $29MX per person per night Isla Mujeres tourist tax.

Both Suites—$2313 per week (reflecting a 10% discount) includes 21% Mexican tax and $29MX per person per night Isla Mujeres tourist tax.

Four-night minimum rental is required - Prices are based on 2 people per bedroom

For stays of 2 weeks or longer, a 10% discount is offered on one individual suite

One extra person can be accommodated in each suite at a cost of $50/night

20% discount for all rentals between May 1, 2025 and December 15, 2025 and May 1, 2026 and December 15, 2026

Only one discount may be applied per reservation.

Holiday 2025/2026 season rentals are available (7-night minimum)

A security deposit of one night’s rental is required for all rentals.

Cancellations with no penalty are allowed up to 60 days before arrival. Any cancellation after 60 days but within 30 days of the date of arrival results in the loss of the deposit. No cancellations are refunded within 30 days of the reservation. For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase comprehensive trip insurance to cover cancellations and any misfortunes. Please note, the property owner, rental agent, or caretaker will not accept responsibility for any injury or loss sustained while residing at the property. Receipt of your deposit signifies your acceptance of these terms.
